Location, view from roon, great customer service especially everyone at front desk. And restaurant as well. Special mention Mark, and other two at reception both were from srilanka sorry I forgot their name. Great customer service. Cleanliness, amenities everything great.

I liked the room. It was super clean, comfortable bed and bedding, spacious and stocked bathroom, great tv and easy access to plug in electronics. Parking was great. Our dinner was delicious!

Clean room, good breakfast. The staff are nice, especially the front desk staff and the guys from the Family Entertainment Centre.

I found the main areas of the hotel very clean. Plus the room was quite tidy as well. The property had a pool and hot tub. There was a restaurant on site. There is a games room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The bedding was fluffy, white and clean. There was a safe, fridge and mini keurig in the room. No microwave but the staff offered to bring one up. Staff went out of their way and were appreciative of compliments. When we were put in a room without a Harbour View , which we had reserved, they apologized, switched us to a Harbour View on a higher floor and have us 2 complimentary drink tickets at the bar within the restaurant.

Good restaurant, friendly helpful staff and indoor pool. There is a paved walking trail right behind hotel that takes you along the harbour and gardens and brings you to uptown St. John in about 10-15 minutes. The hotel was very bright and clean., and the showers had good water pressure to rinse your hair.

Everything was good, exept that they forgot to clean my room on the first day, then the next day at 3pm, i had to ask them to get my room clean. Also since we were 3 in the room and only had towel for 2 person, i had to leave a note saying we needed towel for 3, even then they only left towel for 3 once in my 4 days! Other than that we liked our journey. Thx

The breakfast was really good. The restaurant was super spacious and nice. Beds were very confortable and elevators were fast. staff was helpful. The location is convenient to reach attraction sites.

Free breakfast until 10. Usually closed well before 10. Price stayed the same even though there was a festival in town. Pool available! Which I could not find online anywhere.
